The first part of the session will provide an overview of a new Ag land methodology in a North Dakota County along with the communication campaign the County is using for outreach. The second presentation will discuss how a County established a comprehensive evaluation of billboard and cellular sites which refined their cost and income models and, in turn, improved the consistency of values through a fair and equitable process.
